Statement of Mission and Viability of Argument For The CUACA

Our Goal is to remove Corporate control of our government and place it back into the hands of the people. We want a true American Democracy. Our constitution was not written to protect intellectually named fictitious persons better known as corporations. Our constitution when amended with the 14^th Amendment was not meant to span to non-natural persons. Special interests and corporate greed has lead to misinterpretations of the law because of the use of “person” in the 14^th Amendment instead of the use of “Natural Person” this is a blatant abuse of the wording of law, a loop hole if I may. A Person is defined how? Well lets look at the dictionary use.

As you can see the Law meaning is the only definition that varies from a person being Human.

This shows that a corporation is man made and not of Natural Origin so our argument is such that a Corporation can not be given the same rights as humans because it is not a human. Corporations can not be held accountable by Laws comparable to that of Citizens of the United States. The Purpose Of a Corporation is to protect individuals from the Liability of the law as an Individual. I refer to Business law that the purpose of a corporation is to protect the shareholders from personal liability for any debts of the corporation in excess of the shareholder's investment. SO if a Corporation is a man made Protection for individuals to be protected against the responsibility of loss of assets and protection from debts, then they are not a person but an object of law to protect those who seek profit from the use of that Corporation. If a Corporation kills hundreds of people due to faulty product or pollutants can that Corporation be held in a jail cell? Can that Corporation be arrested? Can that Corporation be held in criminal intent or involuntary man slaughter? No. They can be sued. In some cases a CEO may be held accountable but the corporation in and of itself can move on and still operate. This is yet another reason a Corporation is not a person but a creation of law and can not be held to the same standards and laws as a human being. As a Natural Person or to be more accurate a Human Being we have limited access and limited voice when it comes to influence of money and commerce. Corporations on the other hand span across oceans and influence not only one country but multiple countries. Corporations seek only Profit. Can a corporation be with child? Can A Corporation Love, hate or have sadness? Can a corporation sit at your dinner table and talk about how the day went? No. The CEO can, it’s employees can. But the Corporation Can Not. This is a reason a Corporation is not a person.

There are many uses and many needs for a Corporation but it should never be considered the equal of an actual Human Being and should be regulated and controlled to protect the populace from the control of few over the many. We do not intend to remove or dishearten Small business in this country because small business is the back bone of this country. We do not intend to remove or dishearten Big Business in this country as they too have a place and employ many citizens.

What We Intend to do is Remove corporate control of our Government. We look to outlaw Lobbing and allow public funding only. We look to reverse the supreme court ruling of citizens united v federal election commission. We look to disband Corporate Monopolies to create a fair playing field for small business to return to this country.

We support the Disclose Act, Employee Free Choice Act and Fair Trade. We look to create a more fair playing field within the North American Free Trade Agreement. Closing loop holes and securing jobs here at home. We look to Create laws that keep the World Trade Organizations laws from superseding our own when it comes to a fair playing field in manufacturing, Green energy and other product producing Fields of commerce. We look for possible fixes in influence such as making it illegal for lawmakers to make laws or be involved in the making of laws that have to do with their personal private Business interests. Law Makers private business interests should be made available to the public during campaigning in full detail as to the relationship with that business and or businesses and all monies should be public record no matter where they came from. We look to combine these commonsense laws and regulations with a 28th amendment to make any law passed equally effect those of law makers and citizens alike. Creating Term limits and making congress pay into healthcare as all other Americans do. While also adding to it a clause making bribery from persons, Foreign influence and Corporate influence on the making of laws or the interpretation of laws treason to the United States of America.
